"Handled in the End, But Took Longer Than Expected"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out through carlsjr to get it sorted out. It did take a bit longer than I expected to hear back, and the response felt a little generic, but they did offer a small refund, which I appreciated. Overall, it was resolved, though I do wish the process had been a bit smoother for something that seemed like a simple mistake...

"Clean and Comfortable"
The tables, floors, and bathroom were all clean, which made the whole visit feel comfortable. worrying about cleanliness here was unnecessary, I felt good eating there.

"Rewards dont always show up"
The app tells me Ive earned rewards, but half the time they wont show up when Im checking out. Its annoying, especially since thats usually the main reason I end up ordering from there.

"Restroom Made Me Lose Trust"
The food was okay, nothing really to complain about there, but the restroom put me off. The trash was overflowing, the sink area was all wet, and it just looked like nobody had checked on it in a while. I get that places can get busy, but seeing that made the whole place feel dirty. It kind of ruined the stop for me, it made me lose some trust in how well they’re keeping things clean overall. Hope they start staying on top of it better

The food was fine overall, nothing really wrong with it, but the drive-thru felt slower than I expected. Maybe I just came at a busy time? I’m curious if other people have had the same experience here or if it was just an off day.

"Decent lunch, but kind of a weird vibe"
Stopped by Carl’s Jr. for lunch it was fine. The place was clean, my order was right, and the staff seemed like they knew what they were doing. At the same time, it didn’t feel all that welcoming. The person at the counter wasn’t rude or anything, but they also didn’t seem thrilled to be there. I get it though, maybe they were tired or it had just been a long day. So yeah, no real complaints, but I still left feeling like the whole thing was a little cold and rushed. Not bad, not great. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

"Drink Was Disappointing"
I ordered a soda with my meal, but it came out kind of warm, flat, and mostly packed with ice. I’m not saying anyone did it on purpose, but it definitely felt like the drink wasn’t really cared for. i probably wouldn’t add one again if that’s what it’s going to be like.

This Carl’s Jr. is super convenient for me since it’s right on my way home. I can swing by without making any extra stops or going out of my way, which makes the whole process really easy. Parking was simple too, so it was a quick and hassle-free visit.

"Pretty solid burgers most of the time"
Well... I’ve ordered from carlsjr.com a few times now, and the burgers have usually been good. The patties taste fresh enough, and they definitely don’t hold back on the toppings. The bun was soft, and I liked the sauce too. One time my burger was a bit messy and not as hot as I would’ve liked, but it still tasted fine. Overall, it’s a solid burger option, just not perfect every single time

"Quick checkout, tiny receipt delay"
Paying by card was super quick, like I barely had time to double-check the last four digits before it went through. The only little thing I noticed was the receipt email didn’t show up right away — I kept refreshing for a couple minutes and even checked the timestamp when it finally landed. Not a big deal though, everything worked fine in the end.

"Allergen info shouldn’t be this hard to figure out"
I went on carlsjr to check the allergen info before ordering, it was confusing and not very clear at all. I don’t think it’s asking too much to expect straightforward allergy information, especially when some people really need it to stay safe. I ended up not ordering because I just didn’t feel like I could trust what I was seeing.

"Never Know What You're Gonna Get"
I don’t know, this place is just all over the place. Like today my burger was cold, but yesterday it was dry, and somehow that almost annoyed me more? I keep thinking maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but then the next time it’s something else. The fries might be fine, the burger isn’t, or the bun feels old, it’s just never the same experience twice. I’d be way more forgiving if it was at least consistent.

"Deals were a bit frustrating"
I tried using a couple of the deals on carlsjr, but it kept either giving me errors or changing the price once I got to checkout. The food is usually solid, so I was hoping it would be an easy order, but the promo part was more hassle than it was worth. If a deal is listed, it should really work when you go to place the order.
